Part-time Sales Rep
Bulumu is an emerging natural food company here in Boulder that currently specializes in premium granola cereals. We are currently looking for enthusiastic people with a strong work ethic for our sales and marketing teams.
As an emerging brand in the natural foods industry, Bulumu offers the ability to grow with the company. Due to our small size new employees will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to all aspects of the business. Entrepreneurial ability and self-direction is a must.
All positions are fast paced and results-oriented. The sales team will be expected to achieve benchmarks and targets established by the Bulumu leadership.
Responsibilities include:
o In-store product demonstrations at local key accounts, sampling our products to customers
o Creating a positive brand experience for the consumer
o Building rapport with store buyers and grocery teams
o Implementing marketing strategies and working to measure success (including field marketing, event sponsorship coordination, etc.)
o Ability to articulate the brand story and products
Qualifications:
o Interest in natural foods industry
o Passion for sales & marketing
o Hard working, highly-disciplined work ethic, and detail oriented
o Consumer products experience preferred
o Valid drivers license and access to insured vehicle
This is an entry-level position. Wage, salary, or bonus determined based on experience and performance.

Sales and Marketing Interns – Spring 2013
Bulumu is an emerging natural products company based in Boulder that currently produces premium low-fat granola cereals. We are a small team committed to creating great products and operating as a responsible member of our community.
Bulumu has recently secured partnership with a major distributor and is now looking to grow with the help of talented interns.
Interns will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing teams at the Bulumu offices in Boulder, CO. This is a fast paced, results-oriented position. Interns will be expected to achieve benchmarks established by Bulumu leadership. Interns will work directly with company leadership.
Responsibilities include:
o Supporting sales and marketing team by sending out product samples
o In-store product demonstrations at local key accounts, sampling our products to customers as they enjoy their shopping experience
o Answering consumer emails daily
o Daily store calls to retail accounts
o Filling orders and creating rapport with store buyers and grocery teams
o Implementing marketing strategies and working to measure success (including field marketing, event sponsorship coordination, etc.)
Qualifications:
o Interest in natural foods industry
o Hard working, highly-disciplined work ethic
o Passion for sales and marketing
o Sales/Office Intern to be available Monday, Wednesday, Friday
o Interns receiving credit are required to work a minimum of 15 hours per week-240 hours per semester
